MR. KHOR HUN CHEN

Mr. Khor Hun Chen is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Phillip Wealth Planners Sdn Bhd (PWP). He has over 20 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management and financial advisory, having held senior leadership roles with HSBC Bank Malaysia and Hong Leong Bank Berhad where he successfully led business turnarounds, regional growth and customer experience transformation. Prior to joining PWP in June 2025, he was an independent corporate trainer partnering with leading financial institutions to deliver leadership, sales and customer experience programs. In his current role, he leads the expansion of PWP’s nationwide financial planning network, digital transformation initiatives and high-performance culture.

ENCIK ZAINUDDIN BIN ZAKARIA

En Zainuddin originally joined PhillipCapital Group in August 2007, where he played a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with both in-house clients and financial consultants. Simultaneously, he contributed significantly to the development and execution of product and channel strategies. Prior to this, he served as a Dealer’s Representative at a stockbroking firm for several years. In 2018, he pursued an opportunity with a government-linked investment company, specializing in Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) and managed account services, before returning to PhillipCapital Group in February 2023. En Zainuddin brings over two decades of diverse experience in the financial industry, encompassing risk management, investment, and client services.

Mr. Yorck Oliver Ago Reuber brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience at the intersection of technology, strategy, and regulated business transformation. Having served in senior roles including Chief Information Officer (CIO) and regional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) across multiple industries for global organizations such as Allianz, AXA, Verizon, and IBM, he has a proven track record of transforming technology departments into strategic growth enablers.

Throughout his career, Yorck has specialized in modernizing complex infrastructure landscapes, strengthening cyber resilience, and delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives within highly regulated environments. He is recognized for combining disciplined modernization with forward-looking innovation, focusing on building organizational capability and developing AI-literate technology leaders. His leadership approach bridges the gap between technical excellence, business accountability, and regulatory compliance to drive sustainable innovation.

MS. ALINA SIM

Joined PhillipCapital Malaysia as HOD, Finance in October 2023. She is a qualified accountant, a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and has more than 20 years of accounting experience including audit and tax. Major organisations she has worked for are Deloitte, Southern Bank Berhad, Shell, Hitachi and Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). Currently she is managing finance function with a team of capable, committed and dedicated finance staff including fund accounting reporting, settlement and consolidation work.

ENCIK RAMLI ABD HAMID

Ramli Abd Hamid is currently the Head of Legal, Compliance and Risk Management of PhillipCapital Malaysia Group (excluding Phillip Capital Sdn Bhd). He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry including banking, unit trust and asset fund management. He began his career as an internal auditor at RHB Bank Berhad where he served the Bank for more than 7 years. He then moved to Eastspring Investment Berhad for another 7 years where his last position was Head of Compliance before advancing his career to Asian Islamic Investment Sdn Bhd as Head of Compliance and Risk Management. Prior to joining PhillipCapital Malaysia in 2015, he was the Vice President, Compliance for Asia Pacific region and Malaysia Office of Columbia Threadneedle Asset Management. En. Ramli is responsible in ensuring the Company conducts its business in compliance with regulatory requirement as well as internal policies and procedures including on matters related to Anti-Money Laundering. He is also the Compliance Officer registered with Securities Commission Malaysia for Phillip Wealth Planners Sdn Bhd

MS. FATIN FITRIANA AMRAN

Fatin Fitriana Amran currently the Head of Internal Audit at PhillipCapital Malaysia. She brings over 13 years of extensive experience in internal audit and finance, with a background spanning various sectors including financial services such as investment, commercial banking and insurance beside oil & gas, construction, e-commerce and government-linked companies. Throughout her career, she has held key positions at prominent organizations including Allianz Malaysia, AmBank, KAF Investment Bank, ECERDC, and PLUS Malaysia. In these roles, where she led the risk-based audits, conducted fraud investigations and IT governance enhancements. As the Head of Internal Audit, Fatin provides strategic oversight across the licensed entities within the Group by conducting regular audit reviews and delivers value-added recommendations to strengthen internal controls and support the Group’s overall governance framework.

Fatin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA and is a certified member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (AIIA). Her deep expertise and cross-sector experience contribute significantly to the Group’s strategic oversight, corporate governance framework as well as internal control.
